I have 30 years’ experience in affordable housing research and policy. This includes work in the public service, independent consulting, Wellesley Institute, and academia. PhD University of Toronto (2014).
Author of various reports, academic articles and papers, and a book, Still Renovating: A History of Canadian Social Housing Policy (2016).
Interests include the relation of affordable housing to social policy and urban housing markets, as well as homelessness & supportive housing.
